fa بررسی رابطه بین شایستگی‌های محوری و تفکر انتقادی با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گر بلوغ روانی در کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان The Relationship between Core Competencies and Critical Thinking with regard to the Moderating Role of Mental Maturity: a study on staff of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences پژوهشي Research بررسی رابطه بین شایستگی‌های محوری و تفکر انتقادی با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گر بلوغ روانی در کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان   حسن جعفری شهرآبادی۱، ملیکه بهشتی فر۲*، لیــلا والــی۳ ۱. کارشناس ارشد، دانشکده مدیریت، واحد رفسنجان، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، رفسنجان، ایران. ۲. دانشیار‌، گروه مدیریت، واحد رفسنجان، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، رفسنجان، ایران. ۳. استادیار، مرکز تحقیقات مهندسی بهداشت محیط، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان، کرمان، ایران. * نویسنده مسئول: رفسنجان، بلوار ولایت، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رفسنجان. تلفن: ۳۱۳۱۳۰۸۳                            <a href="mailto:m.beheshtifar@yahoo.com" style="color: rgb(7, 130, 193);">m.beheshtifar@yahoo.com</a> Email:              چکیده: مقدمه: از شایستگی‌های محوری می‌توان در جهت منظم کردن مهارت‌ها و تکنولوژی‌های سازمان برای برطرف کردن خواسته ‌های مشتری استفاده کرد. وجود تفکر انتقادی و بلوغ روانی می‌تواند تحقق این هدف را ممکن سازد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین شایستگی‌های محوری و تفکر انتقادی با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گر بلوغ روانی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی -تحلیلی بر روی ۲۶۷ نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انجام شد. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه‌های شایستگی‌های محوری دارای ۱۴ سؤال، پرسشنامه تفکر انتقادی با ۲۳ سؤال و پرسشنامه بلوغ روانی دارای ۱۹ سؤال صورت گرفت. بررسی روابط متغیرهای مورد بررسی با استفاده از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS ۲ انجام شد. یافته‌ها: ضریب میان متغیر شایستگی‌های محوری و تفکر انتقادی ١١/٢٢٣ بود. شایستگی‌های محوری به میزان ۳۶ درصد از تغییرات تفکر انتقادی را به طور مستقیم تبیین می‌کرد؛ اما ضریب متغیر شایستگی‌های محوری و بلوغ روانی، ٠/٩٩٣ محاسبه شد که به همین دلیل نمی‌توان تأثیر متغیر بلوغ روانی را به عنوان متغیر تعدیل‌گر تأیید نمود. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: در صورتی که تفکر انتقادی در سازمان وجود داشته باشد و کارکنان نظرات و عقاید خود را بیان کنند، بروز شایستگی‌های محوری در سازمان دیده خواهد شد بود که این امر از طریق گردآوری، تسهیم و ذخیره اطلاعات میسر خواهد شد.   واژگان کلیدی: شایستگی‌های محوری، تفکر انتقادی، بلوغ روانی، کارکنان   ارجاع: جعفری شهرآبادی حسن، بهشتی فر ملیکه، والــی لیــلا. بررسی رابطه بین شایستگی‌های محوری و تفکر انتقادی با توجه به نقش تعدیل گر بلوغ روانی در کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان. مجله پژوهش‌های سلامت محور ۱۳۹۵؛ ۲(۴): ۴۰۵-۳۹۵.           <div id="ftn1"></div> The Relationship between Core Competencies and Critical Thinking with regard to the Moderating Role of Mental Maturity: a study on staff of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences   JafarAbadi Shahrabadi Hasan1, Beheshtifar Malikeh2*, Vali Leila 3 <div>1. Critical thinking and mental maturity help to achieve this goal.  The aim of this research was to study the relationship between core competencies and critical thinking with regard to the moderating role of mental maturity in staff of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2016. Methods: This descriptive - analyctical study was done on 267 staff of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences selected through randomized stratified sampling. Data collection was conducted through using core competencies questionnaire (14 qeustions), critical thinking questionnaire (23 qeustions) and mental maturity questionnaire (19 qeustions). The relationship between variables were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) and through Smart PLS 2 software.    Results: The coefficient between core competencies and critical thinking variables was 11.223 and core competencies directly explained 36 percent of critical thinking variations. But, the coefficient between core competencies and mental maturity variables was 0.993. Therefore, the effect of mental maturity as a moderating variable was not approved. Conclusion: The presence of critical thinking in organization and the opportunity for employees to express their opinions and suggestions lead to the presence of core competencies in organizations and it is possible through gathering, sharing and saving data.    Keywords: Core competence, Critical thinking, Mental maturity, Employees   Citation: JafarAbadi Shahrabadi H, Beheshtifar M, Vali L.
