fa بررسی میزان همبستگی توزیع تخت بستری با هزینه خانوارها در ایران Correlation between Distribution of Hospital Inpatient Beds and Households expenditure in Iran پژوهشي Research بررسی میزان همبستگی توزیع تخت بستری با هزینه خانوارها در ایران علی ماهر۱، شورش مرزنگ۲*، سید مجتبی حسینی۳ <div> ۱. استادیار، گروه مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، دانشکده مدیریت و علوم اجتماعی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد تهران شمال، تهران، ایران. </div> ۲. کارشناس ارشد، دانشکده مدیریت و علوم اجتماعی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد تهران شمال ، تهران، ایران. ۳. استادیار، گروه مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، دانشکده مدیریت و علوم اجتماعی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد تهران شمال، تهران، ایران. * نویسنده مسئول: آذربایجان غربی، بوکان، خیابان جمهوری اسلامی، خیابان سردار، مرکز بهداشت بوکان    تلفن: ۰۴۴۴۶۲۳۳۱۰۰                                   Email: shoralaw_۵۹@yahoo.com      چکیده: مقدمه: نابرابری در توزیع منابع بیمارستانی از جمله تخت بیمارستان، اهمیت زیادی در ارائه مطلوب و مناسب خدمات سلامت دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین توزیع تخت بیمارستانی و هزینه خانوار که از شاخص‌های تحلیل وضعیت رفاه اقتصادی و اجتماعی می‌باشد در کشور اجرا شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی به روش اسنادی و با استفاده از داده‌های ثبت شده هزینه خانوارها سال ۱۳۹۲ در مرکز آمار ایران و همچنین از داده‌های توزیع تخت فعال بستری وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی کل کشور انجام شد. از آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، جهت بررسی رابطه توزیع تخت بستری با هزینه خانوار و شاخص ضریب جینی برای سنجش میزان نابرابری توزیع تخت بستری استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۲۲ انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: بین هزینه خوراکی و غیرخوراکی خانوارهای شهری و توزیع تخت‌های مراقبت ویژه، تخت‌های جراحی و تخت‌های جنرال در استان‌های کشور رابطه مستقیم وجود داشت، اما در خانوارهای روستایی رابطه معنی‌داری دیده نشد. شاخص ضریب جینی برابر ٠/٢٨١ بود که نشان می‌داد برابری تا حد زیادی رعایت شده بود. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: اگر تخت بستری ملاک توزیع خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی در نظر گرفته شود، نابرابری در استان‌های کشور تا حدود کمی مشهود است. از طرف دیگر نابرابری در توزیع هزینه‌های سلامت بین خانوارهای روستایی در استان‌های کشور بسیار زیاد است. دولت‌ها باید با افزایش امکانات بهداشتی و درمانی در نقاط محروم و با اختصاص کمک‌های مالی، این نابرابری را کاهش دهند. واژگان کلیدی: تخت بستری، هزینه خانوارهای شهری، هزینه خانوارهای روستایی، توزیع تخت، نابرابری، شاخص جینی ارجاع: ماهر علی، مرزنگ شورش، حسینی سید مجتبی‌‌‌.  بررسی میزان همبستگی توزیع تخت بستری با هزینه خانوارها در ایران. مجله پژوهش‌های سلامت محور ۱۳۹۵؛ ۲(۳): ۲۸۷-۲۷۵. Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was conducted via document method and using household expenditure data in 2014 provided by the Statistical Center of Iran as well as the data of the Ministry of Health on the distribution of hospital beds in all provinces of the country. Spearman correlation test was used to find the correlation between hospital beds distribution and households’ expenditure and Gini coefficient was used to evaluate inequality in Distribution of Hospital Inpatient beds. Data analysis was conducted through SPSS22 software. Results: There was a direct relationship between food and non-food expenditures of urban households and distribution of special care beds, surgery beds and general beds in hospitals ofIran provinces. But, this relationship was not significant for rural households. Gini coefficient index was equal to 0.281 which indicates great equality. Conclusion: If inpatient beds be considered as the criterion for the distribution of health services in the provinces, little inequality is adhered. On the other hand, the inequality in the distribution of health expenditures among rural households in Iran provinces is very high. The government should increase health facilities and financial supports in deprived areas in order to decrease these inequalities.
