fa ممیزی مطب دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر تبریز بر اساس استانداردهای مجوز دهی The Auditing of Tabriz General Dentistry Offices to Assess their Compliance with Licensure Standards in 2016 پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: center;">ممیزی مطب دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر تبریز بر اساس استانداردهای مجوز دهی   جعفرصادق تبریزی۱، فرید غریبی۲*، مرضیه کامکاری۳</div> <div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">۱. استاد، گروه آموزشی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی، مرکز تحقیقات مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی تبریز، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، تبریز، ایران. ۲. دانشجوی دکترای تخصصی، کمیته تحقیقات دانشجویی، دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، تبریز، ایران. ۳. دانشجوی کارشناسی، دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، تبریز، ایران. * نویسنده مسئول: تبریز، خیابان دانشگاه، دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی تلفن: ۰۴۱۳۳۳۵۷۵۸۰                                          Email: gharibihsa@gmail.com                           چکیده: مقدمه: مجوز دهی از رویکردهای ارزشیابی در نظام سلامت به شمار می‌آید که اهمیت ویژه‌ای در کسب حداقل الزامات مورد‌‌نیاز مراکز بهداشتی در شروع فعالیت و استمرار عملکرد آن‌ها دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ممیزی مطب دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر تبریز بر اساس استانداردهای مجوز دهی کشور انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که در ۱۹۷ مطب دندانپزشکی عمومی شهر تبریز که به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند انجام شد. داده‌های موردنیاز با استفاده از چک‌لیست محقق ساخته‌ای که دارای ۷۵ سؤال در ۷ بعد اصلی شامل فضای فیزیکی، تجهیزات پزشکی، تجهیزات غیرپزشکی، نیروی انسانی، مدارک پزشکی و اطلاع‌رسانی، رعایت قانون و بخشنامه‌ها و نیز بهداشت و کنترل عفونت بود جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۱۹ وارد شدند و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری T-test، ANOVA و Tukey استفاده گردید. یافته ها: به‌طورکلی میزان رعایت استانداردها در مطب دندان‌پزشکان ٧٨/٥% بود که بیشترین تطابق مربوط به محور مدارک پزشکی و اطلاع‌رسانی با ٩٢/٣% و کمترین میزان انطباق مربوط به محور تجهیزات غیرپزشکی با ٦٦/٤% بود. بین سابقه کار دندان‌پزشکان با وضعیت مطب‌ها در حیطه‌های رعایت قانون و بخشنامه‌های ابلاغی ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت، بدین معنا که با افزایش سابقه کاری، میزان رعایت این موارد بیشتر بود.  بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: علیرغم قابل‌قبول بودن وضعیت مطب‌های دندانپزشکی موردبررسی در برآورده نمودن الزامات مجوز دهی، هنوز کاستی‌هایی در برخی ابعاد مشاهده می‌شود. بی‌تردید، نتیجه مطالعه حاضر می‌تواند به مدیران در ارتقای وضعیت مطب دندان‌پزشکان و افزایش رضایت‌مندی جامعه کمک کند.   واژگان کلیدی: مجوز دهی، ممیزی، مطب، دندان‌پزشکان عمومی   ارجاع: تبریزی جعفر صادق‌، غریبی فرید‌، کامکاری مرضیه. ممیزی مطب دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر تبریز بر اساس استانداردهای مجوز دهی. مجله پژوهشهای سلامت‌محور ۱۳۹۶؛ ۳(۲): ۱۲۶-۱۱۵.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> The Auditing of Tabriz General Dentistry Offices Based on Licensure Standards   Tabrizi Jafar Sadegh‌1, Gharibi Farid2*, Kamkari Marzieh3  </div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;">1. Tel: 04133357580                                                      Email: gharibihsa@gmail.com Abstract: Background & Objectives: Licensure is a healthcare evaluation approach which has particular importance in compliance with minimum requirements of healthcare centers for getting started and continuing their performance. The aim of this study was auditing of Tabriz general dentistry offices based on licensure standards. Methods: This descriptive- analytical study was done in 197 general dentistry offices in Tabriz city selected randomly. The required data were gathered using a researcher-made checklist with 75 questions in 7 main dimensions including physical environment, medical equipment, nonmedical equipment, human resources, medical records and informatics, policy consideration, and hygiene and infection control. Data analysis was done using t-test, ANOVA and Tukey statistical tests and through SPSS19 software package. Results: The total rate of compliance with licensure standards in Tabriz dentistry offices was 78.5%. The highest and lowest rates of compliance were respectively in dimensions of “medical records” (92.3%) and “non-medical equipment” (66.4%). There was significant relationship between “job experience of dentists” and standards compliance score in “law and policy consideration” and “hygiene and infection control” dimensions; so that, more job experience was associated with higher compliance score in these dimensions.    Conclusion: Despite acceptable status of the assessed dentistry offices in regard to licensure requirements, there are still shortcomings in some dimensions.
