fa توزیع جغرافیایی بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی در شهر کرمان Determination of Spatial and Temporal distribution of MS Patients in Kerman پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: center;">توزیع جغرافیایی بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی در شهر کرمان رسا رئیسی۱‌‌‌، محمدرضا نقصان محمدی۲*‌‌، سید علی المدرسی۳</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">۱. دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد، دانشکده هنر و معماری، واحد یزد، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، یزد، ایران ۲. دانشیار، گروه شهرسازی، دانشکده هنر و معماری، دانشگاه یزد، یزد، ایران ۳. دانشیار‌، گروه سنجش از دور و GIS، دانشکده فنی و مهندسی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد یزد، یزد، ایران * نویسنده مسئول: یزد، خیابان امام خمینی، کوچه سهل بن علی، دانشکده هنر و معماری، گروه شهرسازی، حیاط پیرنیا تلفن: ۰۳۵۳۶۲۲۳۷۰۰                                   Email: Mohammadi@yazd.ac.ir         چکیده:      </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: مولتیپل اسکلروزیس یک بیماری خود‌ایمنی است که موجب ناتوانی در افراد می‌شود. عوامل محیطی در ایجاد این بیماری نقش اساسی دارند و از آنجا که جوانان را درگیر می‌کند، دارای اهمیت بالایی می‌باشد. با توجه به اینکه گسترش این ضایعه در دنیا یکسان نمی‌باشد؛ لذا می‌توان به کمک سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی با اطلاعات مکانی و داده‌های توصیفی به ایجاد نقشه‌ها، جداول و نمودار برای تحلیل داده‌ها پرداخت تا بتوان از پیشرفت بیماری جلوگیری به عمل آورد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی به بررسی ۱۲۰۰ بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس در استان کرمان بین سال‌های ۱۳۶۷ تا ۱۳۹۴ پرداخته شد. پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌های مکانی، اقدام به تهیه نقشه توزیع جغرافیایی بیماری در شهر کرمان گردید که بر این مبنا ابتدا در محیط Google Earth، نقاط مد‌نظر درج و سپس به وسیله تحلیل لکه‌های داغ، به محل تجمع بیماران در شهر کرمان دست یافته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین بیماران مبتلا به این بیماری در حاشیه شهر کرمان و در منطقه سلسبیل ساکن بودند و کمترین تعداد بیماران در شهرستان کوهبنان و کهنوج اقامت داشتند. همچنین زنان / برابر بیشتر از مردان مبتلا به این بیماری بودند و گروه سنی ۲۰ تا ۳۰ سال بالاترین میزان ابتلا را به خود اختصاص داده بود.. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بهبود زیرساخت‌های شهری، کاهش تراکم ساختمانی، کنترل مسائل ترافیکی و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی شهری می‌تواند منجر به بهبود سلامت بیماران شود.   واژگان کلیدی: بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، نقشه توزیع جغرافیایی، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی، استان کرمان   ارجاع: رئیسی رسا‌‌‌، نقصان محمدی محمدرضا‌‌، المدرسی سید علی.  توزیع جغرافیایی بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی در شهر کرمان. مجله پژوهش‌های سلامت محور ۱۳۹۶؛ ۳(۳): ۲۲۶-۲۱۷.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">    </div> <div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: center;">The Geographical Distribution of Multiple Sclerosis patients in Kerman City by using Geographic Information System   Raeisi Rasa1, Noghsan Mohammadi Mohammad Reza2*, Almodaresi Seyed Ali3  </div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;">1. The environmental factors play an important role in disease spread and since youths are affected more, this disease is of a great importance. As the incidence of this disease is not the same around the world, through using geographic information system, the spatial and descriptive data can be used to create maps, tables, and charts for data analysis and preventing the progression of the disease. Methods: In this descriptive study, 1200 Multiple sclerosis patients in Kerman province between 1987 and 2015 were surveyed. After collecting data and spatial data, the geographical distribution map of the disease was prepared. In this base, first, the points were inserted in the Google Earth and then, the locations of patients' accumulation were found by analyzing the hot spots. Results: According to the results, the majority of patients were habitants of the margin of Kerman and in the Salsabil area. The lowest numbers of patients were in Kuhbanan and Kahnouj. Women were affected 3.5 times more than men and the age group of 20 to 30 years old had the highest rate of this disease.
