fa شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی مدیران بیمارستان‌های شیراز در زمینه مهارت‌های مدیریتی A Study on the Educational Needs of the Managers of Shiraz Hospitals in relation to Management Skills پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: center;">شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی مدیران بیمارستان‌های شیراز در زمینه مهارت‌های مدیریتی</div> <div style="text-align: center;">علی رضا یوسفی۱، احمد صادقی۲*</div> <div>۱. دانشجوی دکترای تخصصی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، کمیته تحقیقات دانشجویی، دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی، کمیته تحقیقات دانشجویی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز، ایران</div> <div>۲. استادیار، گروه بهداشت عمومی، دانشکده علوم پزشکی اسفراین، اسفراین، ایران * نویسنده مسئول: اسفراین، خیابان امام رضا (ع)‌، روبروی امام رضا ۲۱،  دانشکده علوم پزشکی، گروه بهداشت.</div> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">تلفن: ۰۵۸۳۷۲۳۸۷۵۷                                  Email: ahmadsadeghi۱۳۶۳@gmail.com       </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> چکیده:   مقدمه: بررسی نیازهای آموزشی مدیران بیمارستان‌ها، مرحله‌ای مهم در برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزشیابی و یکی از گام‌های مهم جهت توانمندسازی آنان بوده که نقش مهمی در ارتقاء و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی دارد‌. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی مدیران بیمارستان‌های شهر شیراز انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر به صورت مقطعی و بر روی ۹۶ نفر از مدیران ارشد و میانی بیمارستان‌های شیراز در سال ۱۳۹۴ انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه POSDCORB شامل ۵۴ سؤال در ۷ حیطه مهارت‌های برنامه‌ریزی، سازمان‌دهی، کارمندیابی، هدایت، هماهنگی، گزارش‌دهی و بودجه‌بندی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تحلیلی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، ANOVA و T-Test تحلیل گردیدند. داده‌ها در نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۲۳ وارد شدند. یافته‌ها: میانگین امتیاز نیازهای آموزشی مدیران بیمارستان به ترتیب در ابعاد بودجه‌بندی (٣/٤٣)، برنامه‌ریزی (٣/٤٠)، هماهنگی (٣/٣٧)، هدایت (٣/٢٥)، سازمان‌دهی (٣/٢١)، کارمندیابی (٣/١٩) و گزارش‌دهی (٣/٠٨) بود. بین مهارت هماهنگی با رشته تحصیلی آنان (٠/٠٤١=P) و همچنین سابقه مدیریت (٠/٠٢٣=P) رابطه آماری معنادار مشاهده گردید. بین مهارت برنامه‌ریزی با متغیرهای سابقه کار (٠/٠١٢=P) سابقه مدیریت (٠/٠٢١=P)، سطح تحصیلات (٠/٠٣٦=P) و رشته تحصیلی (٠/٠٢٦=P) و همچنین مهارت هدایت با متغیر سابقه مدیریت (٠/٠١٦=P)، رابطه آماری معناداری مشاهده شد.  بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نیاز به مهارت‌هایی از قبیل بودجه‌بندی و برنامه‌ریزی در مدیران بیمارستان‌ها بیشتر احساس می‌شود؛ لذا بایستی به برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی در زمینه‌های مذکور توجه ویژه‌ای داشت.   واژگان کلیدی: نیاز آموزشی، مدیران بیمارستان، مهارت‌های مدیریتی   ارجاع: یوسفی علی‌رضا‌، صادقی احمد‌‌. شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی مدیران بیمارستان‌های شیراز در زمینه مهارت‌های مدیریتی. مجله پژوهش‌های سلامت محور ۱۳۹۶؛ ۳(۲): ۱۸۶-۱۷۵.            </div> <div style="text-align: center;">A Study on the Educational Needs of the Managers of Shiraz Hospitals in relation to Management Skills  </div> <div style="text-align: center;">Yusefi Ali Reza1, Sadeghi Ahmad2*</div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;">1. Tel: 05837238757                                                                                   Email: ahmadsadeghi1363@gmail.com</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Abstract: Background & Objective: Identifying needs of hospital administrators is an important step in planning, implementation and evaluation of educational courses and is one of the important steps to empower hospital heads and consequently to improve the organizational performance. This study aimed to determine the educational needs of hospitals' heads in Shiraz/ Iran. Methods:  This cross-sectional, descriptive-analytic study was done on 96 chief and mid-level managers of hospitals in Shiraz in 2015. The data gathering tool was POSDCORB questionnaire consisting of 54 questions in 7 areas of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting and Budgeting. Data were analyzed through SPSS23 software using ANOVA tests and t-Test. Results: Based on the obtained mean scores for each domain, educational needs were prioritized as budgeting (3.43 of 5), planning (3.40), coordinating (3.37), directing (3.25), organizing (3.21), recruitment (3.19) and reporting (3.08). Coordination skill showed significant relationship with level of education (P=0.041) and management experience (P=0.023).Planning skill had significant relationship with management experience (P= 0.021), level of education (P=0.036), work experience (P=0.012), and Field of Study (P= 0.026). There was also significant relationship between leadership skill and management experience (P=0.016). Conclusion: Skills such as budgeting and planning seem to be more required for hospital managers; therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to holding training courses in these fields.   Keywords: Educational Needs, Hospital Managers, Managerial Skills   Citation: Yusefi Ali R, Sadeghi A.
