fa بررسی میزان و علل فوت نوزادان در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان: یک مطالعه موردی The Incidence Rate and Causes of Neonatal Deaths in Neonatal Intensive Care Units: a case study گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: center;">بررسی میزان و علل فوت نوزادان در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان: یک مطالعه موردی   محمد جواد اکبریان بافقی۱، سینا اعتمادی۲*، زهرا غفاریان مالمیری۳، فاطمه ستوده فر۳، حسین زارع۴  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">۱. استادیار، گروه مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، دانشکده بهداشت، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بم، بم، ایران ۲. دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد، گروه مدیریت، سیاستگذاری و اقتصاد سلامت، دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان، کرمان، ایران ۳. کارشناس، مرکز تحقیقات نوزادان نارس یزد، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد، یزد، ایران ۴. پزشک عمومی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد، یزد، ایران * نویسنده مسئول: کرمان، ابتدای محور هفت باغ علوی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان تلفن: ۳۱۳۲۵۷۰۰-۰۳۴                                                   Email: sina.etemadi007@gmail.com                      چکیده: مقدمه: میزان مرگ‌و‌میر نوزادان یکی از شاخص‌های اساسی در ارزیابی سلامت جامعه به شمار می‌رود. حدود ۶۵ درصد موارد مرگ‌و‌میر کودکان زیر یک سال به دوران نوزادی اختصاص دارد و بدون تردید اولین قدم در ارتقای این شاخص شناسایی علل مرگ‌و‌میر آنان در این برهه زمانی می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی میزان و علل مرگ‌و‌میر نوزادان در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که در بازه زمانی اول فروردین تا پایان اسفند ماه سال ۱۳۹۵ بر روی ۲۴۳ نفر از نوزادان بستری شده در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان آموزشی منتخب در شهر یزد انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها چک لیست بود. از آزمون‌های آماری تحلیلی ANOVA و مجذور کای استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۱۹ وارد شدند. یافته‌ها: از ۲۴۳ نوزاد مورد مطالعه، ۳۹ نفر از نوزادان (١٦/٤ درصد) آنان فوت کرده بودند. بالاترین علت بستری نوزادان در ٤١/٧ درصد موارد نارسی بود. ایست قلبی، دلیل مرگ ٤٧/٥ درصد نوزادان بود. فوت نوزادان با وزن نوزاد و سن نوزاد هنگام بستری و سن بارداری مادر دارای ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار و معکوسی بودند (٠/٠٠٠١> =P). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بایستی به مراقبت‌های مرتبط با مادر و کودک در برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های بهداشتی اهمیت بیشتری داده شود و  تمهیدات لازم برای پیشگیری از عوامل احتمالی تأثیرگذار بر مرگ نوزادی فراهم گردد. واژگان کلیدی: نوزادان، فوت شده، بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان، بیمارستان آموزشی، علل مرگ ارجاع: اکبریان بافقی محمد جواد، اعتمادی سینا، غفاریان مالمیری زهرا، ستوده فر فاطمه، زارع حسین.  بررسی میزان و علل فوت نوزادان در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان: یک مطالعه موردی. مجله پژوهشهای سلامت محور ۱۳۹۶؛ ۳(۴): ۳۹۷-۳۸۹.  </div> <div>           </div> <div style="text-align: center;">The Incidence Rate and Causes of Neonatal Deaths in Neonatal Intensive Care Units: a case study   Akbarian Bafghi Mohammad Javad1, Etemadi Sina2*, Ghafarian Malmiri Zahra3,  Sotoudehfar Fatemeh3, Zare Hossien4  </div> <div> <div>1. Around 65% of deaths in children under one year of age is related to the infancy period and undoubtedly the first step in promoting this index is to identify the causes of mortality at this period of life. The present study was conducted to determine the incidence rate and causes of infant mortality in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd/ Iran. Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was performed on 243 infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of a selected educational hospital in Yazd from 21st March 2006 to 21st March 2007. A checklist was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Chi-square tests and through SPSS 19. Results: From 243 studied infants, 39 ones (16.4%) died. Prematurity was the first cause of neonatal death (56.4%) followed by cardiac arrest (47.5%). Neonatal death showed significant reverse relationship with infant’s weight and age at admission and maternal gestational age (P =<0.0001).
