<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><sup>مقدمه: تحقیق در عملیات به عنوان یک استراتژی ارزیابی میتواند در زمینه ارزیابی فنآوری اطلاعات در حوزه سلامت به طور مؤثر و کارآمدی به کار گرفته شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کاربرد تکنیکهای تحقیق در عملیات در ارزیابی فنآوری اطلاعات در حوزه سلامت انجام شد.<br>
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مروری بود. به منظور گردآوری دادهها، مطالعاتی که در زمینه استفاده از تحقیق در عملیات در ارزیابی فنآوری اطلاعات در حوزه سلامت، به زبان انگلیسی و در فاصله سالهای ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۱۸ در پایگاههای اسکوپوس، مدلاین و ساینسدایرکت منتشر شده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در مجموع تعداد ۲۵۱ مطالعه استخراج شد که از این تعداد، ۱۴ مطالعه از معیارهای لازم برای ورود به این پژوهش برخوردار بودند. <br>
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تکنیکهای مختلف تحقیق در عملیات همچون شبیهسازی، فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، برنامهریزی خطی و تحلیل پوششی دادهها در زمینه ارزیابی فنآوری اطلاعات در حوزه سلامت کاربرد داشتند. در میان این تکنیکها، تکنیک شبیهسازی بیشترین کاربرد را داشت.<br>
بحث و نتیجهگیری: تکنیکهای تحقیق در عملیات با ارائه رویکردهای دقیق علمی در فرآیند تصمیمگیری مدیران در عرصههای مختلف از جمله بهداشت و درمان از آزمون و خطا در فرآیند انتخاب جلوگیری میکنند و زمینه کاهش هزینهها را فراهم میآورند.<br>

Abstract:<br>
Background & Objectives: Operational research as an evaluation strategy can be effectively used in the evaluation of health information technology. This study was conducted to evaluate the application of operational research technique in the assessment of health information technology.<br>
Methods: This is a review article. In order to collect data, English-language studies on the use of operational research in the assessment of health information technology, which were published in Scopus, MEDLINE, and ScienceDirect databases between 2000 and 2018, were investigated. Of 251 retrieved studies, 14 studies met the inclusion criteria.<br>
Results: It was revealed that different techniques of operational research such as simulation, analytical hierarchy process, linear programming, and data envelopment analysis, were used in the health information technology assessment, among which simulation was the most widely used technique.<br>
Conclusion: Operational research techniques prevent the trial and error in the selection process by providing detailed scientific approaches to decision-makers in different sections of health care, and provide proper situations for reducing the costs.<br>
