fa بررسی تأثیر عوامل محیطی بر میزان رضایتمندی، احساسات و نیت رفتاری بیماران بستری The Effect of Environmental Factors on the Level of Satisfaction, emotions, and Behavioral Intentions of Hospitalized Patients پزشکی اجتماعی Social Medicine پژوهشي Research بررسی تأثیر عوامل محیطی بر میزان رضایتمندی، احساسات و نیت رفتاری بیماران بستری   مرجان آروانه۱، زینب طولابی۲*، پری شجاعیان۱   ۱. کارشناس ارشد مدیریت بازرگانی، دانشکده ادبیات و علوم انسانی، دانشگاه ایلام، ایلام، ایران ۲. دانشیار، گروه مدیریت، دانشکده ادبیات و علوم انسانی، دانشگاه ایلام، ایلام، ایران * نویسنده مسئول: زینب طولابی آدرس: ایلام، بلوار پژوهش تلفن: ۰۸۴۳۲۲۲۴۸۵۳                                           Email: tolabi70@yahoo.com    چکیده: مقدمه: در بازار رقابتی خدمات پزشکی، ارائه خدمات با کیفیت و ایجاد یک رابطه قوی که وفاداری بیماران را شکل می‌دهد، به عنوان عامل کلیدی در به دست آوردن سهم بازار محسوب می‌شود. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان تأثیر عوامل محیطی بر میزان رضایتمندی، احساسات و نیت رفتاری در بیماران بستری انجام گردید. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی بود که به صورت مقطعی در نیمه اول سال ۱۳۹۸ انجام شد. ۲۱۰ بیمار بستری در بیمارستان دولتی منتخب شهر شیراز با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه ۲۲ و Smart PLS نسخه ۳ وارد شدند. به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: عوامل محیطی بر نیت رفتاری، احساسات و رضایتمندی بیماران بستری به ترتیب با ضریب مسیر ۰/٣۷۷، ۰/۶۵۴ و ۰/۵۹۰ تأثیر داشت. رضایتمندی با ضریب مسیر  ۰/۵۴۸ و احساسات با ضریب مسیر ۰/۰۰۱ بر نیت رفتاری تأثیر داشت. همچنین نقش میانجی احساسات و رضایتمندی در تأثیر عوامل محیطی بر نیت رفتاری بیماران بستری تأیید شد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بیمارستان باید به تأمین و تقویت شاخص‌های محیطی و بهبود فضای فیزیکی توجه کند و آن‌ها در اولویت برنامه‌های آینده قرار دهد همچنین، بخش مجزایی از هزینه‌های سالانه بیمارستانی را به این امر اختصاص دهد.   واژگان کلیدی: عوامل محیطی، احساسات، رضایتمندی، نیت رفتاری، بیمار، بیماران بستری   ارجاع: آروانه مرجان‌، طولابی زینب‌، شجاعیان پری.  بررسی تأثیر عوامل محیطی بر میزان رضایتمندی، احساسات و نیت رفتاری بیماران بستری. مجله پژوهش های سلامت محور ۱۳۹۸؛ ۵(۴): ۳۴-۴۲۳.            <div style="text-align: center;">The Effect of Environmental Factors on the Level of Satisfaction, emotions, and Behavioral Intentions of Hospitalized Patients   Arvaneh Marjan1, Toulabi Zeinab2*, Shojaeian Pari1  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">1. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the effect of environmental factors on the level of satisfaction, emotions, and behavioral intentions in hospitalized patients. Methods: The present study was a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional one conducted in the first half of 2019. A total of 210 patients admitted to selected public hospitals in Shiraz were included in the study by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Data were entered into SPSS software (version 22) and Smart pls (version 3). Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to test the hypotheses. Results: Environmental factors had an effect on behavioral intentions, emotions, and satisfaction of hospitalized patients with path coefficients of 0.377, 0.654, and 0.590, respectively. Satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.548 and emotions with a path coefficient of 0.001 had an effect on behavioral intentions. Moreover, it was proved that emotions and satisfaction had a mediating role in the impact of environmental factors on the behavioral intentions of hospitalized patients. Conclusion: The hospital should pay attention to providing and strengthening environmental indicators and improving the physical space and it should prioritize these factors in its future plans.
