&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</b> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span><strong>Email</strong>: zrezaei7190@gmail.com &nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده:</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>مقدمه:</em></strong> یکی از بخش‌های کلیدی هر بیمارستان بخش جراحی است که بهره‌وری آن عامل مهمی در تعیین هزینه‌های بیمارستانی می باشد. اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت با هدف افزایش رضایتمندی مردم در حوزه سلامت و کاهش هزینه‌های آن‌ها صورت پذیرفت. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد واحدهای اتاق عمل در قبل و بعد از اجرای این طرح انجام گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>روش بررسی:</em></strong> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی بود. در این پژوهش مشخصات کلیه پرونده‌های بیمارانی که از یک تیر ١٣٩٢ لغایت پایان اسفند ١٣٩٣ مورد عمل جراحی قرار گرفته بودند و بالغ بر ٦٤٣٧٠ پرونده می‌گردید، در چک لیست محقق ساخته ثبت گردید. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری، با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تحلیلی مانند آزمون تی زوجی و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 19 تحلیل شدند‌.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها:</em></strong> میانگین تعداد اعمال جراحی انجام شده در تمام بخش‌های بیمارستان آموزشی مورد مطالعه بعد از اجرای طرح تحول افزایش یافته بود. قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت اختلاف آماری معناداری بین اعمال جراحی بخش بستری، اعمال جراحی برنامه‌ ریزی شده و انجام شده طبق برنامه و خارج از برنامه مشاهده شد (٠/٠٥<‌<span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</em></strong> طرح تحول نظام سلامت بر میزان تقاضا و عرضه خدمات در بیمارستان آموزشی منتخب، تأثیر فزآینده‌ای داشت که می‌تواند ناشی از تأمین منابع از محل طرح و مواجه شدن سیستم ارائه خدمات با تقاضای بیشتر برای دریافت خدمات تخصصی جراحی باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>واژگان کلیدی:</em></strong> اتاق عمل، اعمال جراحی، بیمارستان آموزشی، طرح تحول نظام سلامت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ارجاع:</strong> باستانی پیوند، کاوسی زهرا‌، احمدزاده مهدیه السادات، رضایی زهره‌. &nbsp;ارزیابی عملکرد واحدهای اتاق عمل در بزرگترین مرکز آموزشی درمانی جنوب کشور قبل و بعد از اجرایی شدن طرح تحول نظام سلامت. مجله پژوهش‌های سلامت محور ١٣٩٥؛ ٢(٢): <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); Health care reform plan has been implemented to increase the public satisfaction with health care system and reduce the hospital costs. The aim of this study was to evaluate performance of the operating rooms, before and after implementation of the health care reform plan.</p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> In this descriptive-analytical study, the extracted information from hospital records of all patients (64370 cases) who had undergone surgery from July 2013 to March 2015, were recorded in a researcher-made checklist. Data were statistically analyzed using paired t-test by SPSS 19.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The average number of surgical procedures performed in all wards of the teaching hospital was increased after implementation of the health care reform plan. There was also statistically significant difference between all the inpatient surgeries and all the scheduled and unscheduled ones (P<0.05).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Health care reform plan had a significant effect on supply and demands for services in the teaching hospital that can be due to financing through the plan that increased the demand for surgical service delivery.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Key&shy;words:</em></strong> Operating Room, Surgical Procedures, Teaching Hospital, Health Care Reform Plan</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Citation:</strong> Bastani P, Kavosi Z, Ahmadzadeh M, Rezaee Z.
