<p><strong>چکیده:</strong></p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>مقدمه:</em></strong> بیماریهای دهان و دندان از جمله شایعترین بیماریهای دنیا و از این میان، پوسیدگی دندان شایعترین آنها است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت دهان و دندان بر اساس مدل بَزْنِف در دانشآموزان پسر مدارس ابتدایی شهر بافت در سال تحصیلی ۹۴-۱۳۹۳ صورت گرفت.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>روش بررسی:</em></strong> این پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی بر روی ۲۰۰ نفر از دانشآموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی انجام شد که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای انتخاب گردیده بودند. دادهها به وسیله پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مدل بزنف در دو بخش ویژگیهای دموگرافیک و سازههای مدل بزنف شامل نگرش، هنجارهای انتزاعی، قصد رفتاری، فاکتورهای قادرکننده و رفتار به تعداد ۶۲ سؤال جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS </span>نسخه ۱۶صورت گرفت.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>یافتهها:</em></strong> رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت دهان و دنـدان در ۷۴% دانشآموزان در حد متوسط قرار داشت و تنها۲۰% آنها از این رفتار، نمره خوب را کسب کردند. نمره رفتـارهای ارتقاء دهـنده سـلامت دهان و دندان با پـایه تحصیلی (۰/۰۰۴<span dir="LTR">P=</span>)، تحصیلات مادر (۰/۰۰۴<span dir="LTR">P=</span>)، تحصیلات پدر (۰/۰۳۴<span dir="LTR">P=</span>) و شغل پدر (۰/۰۰۷<span dir="LTR">P=</span>) ارتباط آماری معنیدار داشت. در میان سازههای مدل بزنف قویترین عامل پیش بینی کننده (با ضریب۰/۵۱۱ <span dir="LTR">=</span>β)، فاکتورهای قادر کننده و بعد از آن قصد رفتاری (با ضریب ۰/۴۲۶=<span dir="LTR">β</span>) شناخته شدند که بیشترین ارتباط را با رفتار سلامت دهان و دندان داشتند.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>بحث و نتیجهگیری:</em></strong> بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، مؤثرترین سازه بر رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت دهان و دندان، فاکتورهای قادرکننده بود، بنابراین توصیه میشود ارتقاء دهندگان سلامت تمرکز خود را بر این محور قرار دهند.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> Oral diseases are the most common diseases in the world, and among them, tooth decay is the most common problem. The aim of this study was to determine the effective factors on oral health-promoting behaviors among elementary school students of Baft based on BASNEF Model in 2015.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> This cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 200 elementary school students who were selected using multistage random sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire including 62 questions consisted of two parts: demographic information and constructs of BASNEF model (attitude, subjective norms, behavioral intention, enabling factors, and behaviors). Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> Score of oral health-promoting behaviors in 74% of the students was moderate and in 20% of the students was good. Statistically significant relationship was observed between oral health-promoting behaviors of the students and class grades (P=0.004), mother's education (P=0.004), father's education (P=0.034), and father's occupation (P=0.007). Among the constructs of BASNEF model, enabling factors (β=0.511) and then behavioral intentions (β=0.426) were the strongest predicting factors of oral health behavior.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> According to the obtained results, enabling factors were the most effective constructs of oral health-promoting behaviors; therefore, oral health promoters are recommended to focus on this issue.</p>
